We are at our best when we are healthy mind, body, soul, and spirit. Being whole comes from intimacy with God, knowledge of oneself, nourishing our physical bodies, being in nature, laughing with friends and family, giving and receiving love, knowing and believing God is sovereign, and slowing down our pace of life to taste and see that He is good. We use the enneagram, book studies, one on one coaching, and specialized retreats to aid in relationships, finding wholeness, and mission trip preparation.
