I have worked in global missions for over 15 years, and locally, I assist in running The Retreat House where I am passionate about creating an environment for others to come away and meet with God. I am a Spiritual Director and Coach with a Masters in Education, certification in spiritual formation and direction, and am working towards my Doctorate in Community Care and Counseling-Marriage and Family Therapy. My husband Michael is my biggest supporter and keeps me grounded as we raise four fun-loving kids Lynlee, Everhett, Hughes, and Anna Hopkins. I have a passion for thoughtful experiences that lead others to connect with God, themselves, and others and empowering them to live into their truest self in Christ. I am humbled every day that God has allowed me to serve in this way through BFR. I am thankful for our family across the world and that I get to be a small part of the big puzzle of God’s Kingdom.

I worked in advertising, public relations and e-commerce for 6 years before following God’s call to start Be Free Revolution alongside Britney. I am currently working to receive my Masters in Clinical Mental Health. I thrive on serving with our global team to help our kids succeed and locally at The Retreat House creating safe space for others to share their stories, pains, and joys. I love to rally around mission trips, Ignite Camp, and local retreats where people come to connect with the Lord. I am wife to my amazing husband, Adam, and mother to our sweet son, Miles! I am passionate about thoughtfulness, learning, and seeing life change.

I am originally from the Coastal Region of Kenya called Mombasa City; however, I currently reside in Nairobi, the capital of Kenya. I am a born again Christian! I am married to my loving wife, Jael, and a proud father of two adorable children, Amazing Grace and Brave. I enjoy traveling, working out at the gym, spending time with family and making new friends! I consider myself to have a big heart that strives to accommodate people from diverse cultural backgrounds and personalities. It is a passion of mine to always search for solutions to problems and love being able to use that gift to glorify God.

I currently live in Charlotte, North Carolina, where I am a wife to my wonderful husband Tim, and a dog mama to our sweet Basil girl. I graduated from Appalachian State University where I studied Marketing and Non-Profit Management. I started serving with BFR in 2018 through going on multiple mission trips, interning, and working on the Ignite Camp Leadership Team, all which ignited my love and passion for BFR’s mission of helping others help themselves full circle. I am honored to be able to call this mission my full time job. I am passionate about living a non-toxic lifestyle and learning new things!

I am from Siaya county and a GOD fearing and religious family which has contributed a lot in my life with Jesus Christ. I did aeronautical engineering and now am pursuing counseling psychology am passionate of helping the needy and giving hope to the less fortunate and that God unifies us all. I love playing basketball and singing in church choir where am the youth leader. I am honored to work with BFR where I do manage operations in Kenya for full time basis.

I currently live in a community in Nairobi, Kenya. I came into the BFR family as a BFR Kid and Scholar from 2018-2021. I graduated from Zetech University with a degree in Hospitality Management and was offered a position within BFR to explore my hospitality skills. I consider myself a very cheerful and hopeful person, trying to spread positivity to those around me! I enjoy listening to people’s stories and getting to know them, as well as cooking. It is with great gratitude that I am able to work with BFR and give back to my peers by working to help others help themselves full-circle.

I came to know BFR as a sponsored BFR Kid, Scholar, and Ignite Team Leader from 2017-2021. As a Scholar I completed a two year program at Motors Limited Dealers for Mechanic Repairs and Car Importers before BFR offered me a position to work for them. I live in BFR Housing with our boy Scholars and work with Stephen to mentor them, assist with their college tracks, and help them through this stage of their life. I am a devout Christain and the Word of God has helped me become a better person. I enjoy nature walks, football and cycling! I take great pleasure in spending my time with the younger BFR Kids helping them to choose a good path in life. It is an honor to be given the opportunity to help shape their lives. It is a privilege to work for BFR as this has given me a chance to give back to the organization and my community.
